POSITION OPPORTUNITY
This position is responsible for finding the best talent to enable Astro Pak’s growth and success while ensuring that talent is a match with the culture of our company. Our Talent Acquisition Specialist with work with the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager to enforce a talent acquisition strategy and manage the full lifecycle recruitment process by leveraging recruiting resources and utilizing strong client and candidate management skills.
This position will serve as a partner and advisor to our hiring managers by understanding the needs of the organization and supporting their efforts to source the best candidates and drive the process to a successful hire. Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist with the company’s Affirmative Action Plan and ensuring that Astro Pak is in compliance with federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Astro Pak is the leader in providing Passivation, Precision Cleaning and High-Purity Chemical Cleaning services for a wide variety of “cleanliness sensitive” critical systems and components. Many of our customers have external agencies that drive their cleaning requirements, such as the AS9100, FDA, NASA and others. Using state of the art equipment and facilities, Astro Pak services customers across 15 market segments, ranging from Aerospace, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Laser, Semiconductor, Water Treatment and more, including Industrial markets.
