The opportunity:

• Manage full cycle recruiting for junior to mid-level roles, creating innovative sourcing and engagement strategies to bring the best talent to each role, from both within the Groupe and from the wider external talent community
• Be a superstar support for the Talent Acquisition team innovatively meet the evolving needs of our fast-paced, cutting edge business
• Provide a best in class candidate experience, our team is often described as high-touch and we strive to maintain this reputation in market
• Develop and execute sourcing plans, analysing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management & key cross-functional stakeholders internally
• Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed
• Provide administration support for the Talent Team including maintaining the Applicant Tracking System, databases and looking after job postings/listings
• Work with your Talent Manager on implementation of assigned EVP strategies for the Talent Acquisition team

• Ideally 1-2 years of recruitment experience in the marketing & advertising industry but for us it’s all about your passion so not necessary if you’ve got the right attitude for our crew!
