WHY THE ROLE IS IMPORTANT

• Financial statement preparation including creation of GL journal entries
• Analyze end of month financial statements for all corporate locations, create GL entries
• Reconciliation of fixed asset, cost and accumulated depreciation account
• Income statement trend analysis for review of financial reports with management
• Analysis and recording of corporate payroll and benefits
• Reconciliation of bank accounts for all locations from statements to the GL
• Review of physical inventory and create GL entries
• Analyze, interpret and report variations identified in financial package to management
• Cash management of proprietary system for depository bank accounts
• Perform audit of internal legal documentation and lease analysis for all corporate locations

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from accredited university required
• High level of accuracy with attention to detail in fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team
• Able to meet deadlines and effectively adapt to shifting priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and high level of integrity
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
