CORE Energy Recovery Solutions Hiring for PRODUCTION OPERATOR – GRAVEYARD SHIFT at Vancouver, BC Full Time

CORE Energy Recovery Solutions is an innovative and fast-growing company focused on designing and manufacturing the world’s best ERV Exchangers Unite. We are looking for an experienced Machine/Production Operator.

Reporting to Production Manager you will be performing to make our products and always find a better way to finish the work order faster to meet the demand. 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment (start up, shut down, and standardize operational procedures to ensure all requirements are met, etc.).
• Assemble products to meet production and quality targets.

• Prepare and continuously conduct all quality control checks.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Verify daily production schedule and prepare correct raw materials for production.
• Follow directions correctly and meet daily production expectations.
• Identify and help to solve machinery problems.
• Contribute to the company’s culture of Lean Manufacturing, Innovation and Kaizen initiatives.
• Assist in the creation, implementation and improvement of procedures and systems.
• Understand and follow safety regulations – work in a safe manner and raise awareness of safety hazards.

• Manage relationship with peer and team mates to ensure achievement of departmental goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Must be detail-oriented

· Be punctual and self-motivated.

· Experienced in operating production machinery

· Willing to learn new things and embrace change

· A winning, positive attitude is a must!

· Flexibility to work in various Shift (Morning, Afternoon, Graveyard)
