Are you a freelance WordPress Wizard who excels at both design within WP templates and can meet or beat deadlines? If so, please read on.

An Arizona-based entrepreneur with several sites – from primary business to passion project Non Profit work and everything in between – is currently seeking a talented and experienced WordPress designer who will be able to

• spearhead a redesign/clean up for 2 primary WordPress sites, ASAP.
• help take on occasional project work as business and projects grow

This work can be done remotely, is part time, and is according to a schedule based on some immediate needs. You will work with collaborative, kind creatives with direct access to the Business Owner and their Executive Assistant when you need answers. We honor your time and value a work – life balance, especially as a Contractor status team member.

An ideal person for this opportunity will have experience working in a freelance and independent contractor capacity, coupled with design and developing exceptional WordPress websites. Our ideal candidate will bring high attention to detail and best practices, professionalism and integrity, coupled with a comfort in working in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment that can have ambiguity at times.

Job Type: Part-time/Contract/1099

Schedule:

• Day shift/comfortable working within Mountain Time Zone; if you are in the EST, we are presently 3 hours behind you in time.
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability as needed

• This is an independent contractor role with a few immediate needs, then, project opportunities, not a full-time salaried role. Is this what you are looking for and why?

• For full transparency, let’s talk compensation so we can see if we’re in the same ballpark to honor your time and ours. Immediate projects we are looking at are revamping 2 existing WP sites to align brands as well as needed updates, adding photos and you may need to meet virtually with our social media person to work collaboratively in a timely manner. One site is 6-8 pages with a drop down menu option that needs updating and the other is to be determined once assessed. You do not have to create content, just design from within WordPress and needed updates. Based on your work, experience and available time, what is this project going to cost?

Experience:

• WordPress design and development: 1 year (Required)

• Fully Remote
• Arizona based is helpful but not required
