An established and growing client in the Lancaster area is looking to add a Junior Ruby Developer to their team on a permanent basis. Working on both new and existing code in this fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with seasoned developers to ensure client requirements are being met. With a “promote from within” mindset there is opportunity to grow and expand your skill set and continue taking steps forward in your career.

This is a 100% remote opportunity with salary up to $80k depending on experience. Additional benefits include 17 days of PTO, 7 paid holidays, 401(k) with a match, multiple employee discount programs and more!

Qualified candidates will have the following experiences:

• 2+ years of recent Ruby development experience
• Degree or certification in a technical discipline
• CSS3, HTML5, Bootstrap
• SQL, Ruby on Rails
• Testing applications to identify and address bug fixes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and time management skills
