Confidential Hiring for Accounting Manager Job at Chicago, IL Full Time
We are a High-End Residential General Contractor located in Chicago (Lincoln Park/Southport) area and are looking for an Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team. The position is responsible for the following:
– Creating and maintaining client job files in coordination with project managers.
-Managing accounts payable/sub-contractor invoices thru approval process.
-Entering all accounts payable and accounts receivable in QuickBooks.
-Processing all sub-contractor payouts.
-Entering employee time/expenses in QuickBooks.
-Preparing Client Billing.
-Additional responsibility such as payroll and financial statement preparation for candidates with previous experience.
Previous Experience in Construction, QuickBooks, and Excel are Ideal ! This role is perfect for someone needing flexibility – hours are totally FLEXIBLE during the week but need to be during business hours. A college degree is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
