Sodexo Hiring for Recruitment Coordinator – COVID-19 Testing Centres Job at Remote Full Time

We are currently looking for a Recruitment and Staffing Coordinator to join our team, recruiting a large workforce to support the COVID-19 Testing facilities.

The Recruitment and Staffing Coordinator will work as part of a team to support Sodexo in recruiting the required volume of candidates for these roles.

This is an extremely busy role where priorities can change daily, and so we are looking for someone who is focused, flexible and adaptable who has a passion for recruitment. The role holder will work remotely and so can be based anywhere in the UK.

Role Responsibility

• To identify and shortlist suitable candidates for the COVID-19 Test Centres and mobile sites
• To telephone screen a high volume of candidates in order to meet the staffing requirements
• Liaise with Area Managers and provide feedback on the selection process
• Assist candidates through the onboarding of their role
• Pipeline candidate
• Cleansing of call trackers
• Ensure all reports are kept up to date in real time
• Completion of other recruitment and administrative duties as and when required

The Ideal Candidate

Essential:

• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment on the telephone
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Creative and passionate about delivering a first class customer service experience
• Good IT skills to include a working knowledge of Excel and MS Teams
• Emotional resilience

Desirable:

• Experience of working as a Recruiter or a Resourcer in a fast paced environment

Package Description

£20,000 per annum

This position will primarily be Monday – Friday however flexibility is essential as you may be required to work weekends to meet business needs
