The Role

Reporting to the Group Director, People Digital & Shared Services who is based in Australia, you will lead the People Digital team which is made up of Digital Strategic Delivery, Digital Operations and Analytics, Reporting & Governance teams with multi-skilled team members across APAC, Americas and EMEA locations. You will drive the People Digital vision and strategy to support our ambitious Company and People Strategy and meet our People Digital Roadmap and our business needs with a focus on exceptional employee experience.

Partnering effectively with our Shared Services internally and our external partner you will oversee the selection, design and implementation of multiple new or replacement solutions in-line with our People Digital Roadmap.

You will enjoy consulting and collaborating with a wide range of global stakeholders in and out of the People function to realise strategic and operational aims.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global People Digital team, based across APAC, Americas and EMEA
• Champion the People Digital strategy, People Digital Roadmap, Digital Operations and Data approach and methodologies
• Drive the global People Digital transition and transformation
• Partner with internal Shared Services and our external Partner to maximise opportunities to meet the Digital Roadmap
• Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to get the best People Digital outcomes
• Bring employee experience to the forefront for all digital solutions
• Oversee the stabilization of the in-house Top Tier HCM solution
• Uplift the profile of People Digital. Uplift the existing People Digital team capabilities and also conduct targeted talent acquisition

About You

• Experience in implementing enterprise-wide HR digital initiatives, project and change management, ideally in a complex global organisation from the early stages of their HR digital transformation.
• Experience in working with an external Shared Services partner. However, exposure to other programs of work (i.e. merger, divestiture, reorganisation, outsourcing) will also be considered
• A transformational mindset with ability to articulate a vision, implement change and process improvement. Show ability to see the big picture, but also focus on the details when required
• Experience in creating a HR digital strategy, associated stakeholder management and providing leadership direction to plans and investment cases
• Exceptional communication and relationship building abilities, a diplomatic approach with an ability to gain trust and buy-in from a wide range of stakeholders
• Proven record of providing actionable insights that brought large scale measurable improvements for a business or customer/s
• Demonstrated experience with HR, Management or Data Science, managing a team and Digital strategy and projects across multiple countries in a complex organization
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Management and/or Data Science
• Experience with Top Tier HCM cloud solutions (essential), ServiceNow HRSD, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, curated learning content like Go1, Marketplace like Gloat (desirable)
