A national home care company has an immediate opening for professional Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will be working in our local office. We need a high energy, computer savvy, people person. The ideal candidate will have experience actively sourcing and recruiting caregivers for multiple homecare locations. Recruiters are responsible for recruiting experienced and compassionate caregivers to work with our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Posts jobs openings to multiple online job boards
• Sources, and reviews applicants through internal recruiting software
• Creates a lasting first impression of the company brand
• Communicates with local Operations Manager to ensure accurate shortlisting of candidates
• Fosters solid professional relationships with prospective hires
• Follows up promptly with prospective hires
• Screens candidates and schedules interviews
• Assists and supports national locations with the entire interview and hiring process
• Tracks and retains detailed notes on the status of an applicant
• Ensures contact and follow up has occurred with all prospective candidates
• Acts as backup support for recruiting teammates who may be out to return voicemails, focus on applicant leads and reschedule appointments
• Manages and proactively records key performance indicators: Call Volume, Scheduled Appointments, Quality of Interviews, Show Up Rates, Hire Rates (Show Up vs. Hire)
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Homecare/caregiver recruiting experience preferred
• High School or GED equivalent required
• Proficient computer skills required including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Preferred additional education, such as a diploma from an accredited vocational school or college
• Experience with multiple candidate sourcing techniques/tools
• Knowledge of Applicant tracking systems(ATS)
• Well-versed in various interview techniques
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of an applicant’s personal information
• Ability to switch between multiple computer programs/software
• Strong computer skills required
• Ability to take detailed phone messages and keep accurate records
• Must be able to work independently and organize workload to meet organizational timelines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be willing to travel to various site locations if needed
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
