Responsibilities

What will I be doing?

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic counseling services.

• Collaborate with team members and school staff to ensure effective, quality treatment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• State-Specific Requirements:
  1. Alabama:
     1. Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
     2. Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or ALC.
  2. Florida:
     1. Minimum of one year experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships and volunteer work.
     2. Must be a Registered Intern (RMHCI) with the State of Florida.
  3. Mississippi:
     1. Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
     2. Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
  4. North Carolina:
     1. Minimum of one year experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
     2. Must hold associate license as a LCSWA or LCMHCA.
  5. South Carolina
     1. Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
     2. Must hold license as a LMSW, LMFT, or LPCA.
  6. Tennessee:
     1. Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships and volunteer work.
     2. Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
  7. Virginia:
     1. Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships and volunteer work.
     2. Must be a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work
