Smart Ofis/ Gold Heart Courier Hiring for Customer Service at Timmins, ON Full Time

CUSTOMER SERVICE/DATA ENTRY
We are a locally owned office furniture and supply company looking for a customer service person to join our team. This role would be suitable for someone who has experience in customer service, this is a full time position with a start date ASAP.
As a customer service, you will;

• respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone
• provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
• job pricing and invoicing
• manage customer order entries
• manage and update client accounts
• resolve order issues
• perform general administration duties and support other departments
• perform various forms of data entry
• complete some bookkeeping tasks.
• Shipping receiving

We are looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking, organized and thrives in a fast paced environment.

The successful candidate will also have;

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in English and French (asset)
• A warm approachable manner, with strong interpersonal skills
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word and Quickbooks online an asset
• Valid class G drivers license
• Experienced in bookkeeping would be an asset
