We are looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious and efficient individual interested in supporting a dedicated team in our busy Sixth Form Office with other staff responsible for the progress and well-being of students. The role involves monitoring and supporting student’s well-being and attendance, liaising with parents, school staff & other agencies.
The role requires excellent communication skills, an ability to work independently and confidently and a good sense of humour. You should be able to work under pressure when necessary, multi-task, prioritise and have a genuine passion for supporting young people.
Experience using SIMS and knowledge of UCAS would be desirable but not essential.
Whilst 37 hours desired, part time hours may be considered for the right candidate and can be discussed at interview
