St Marys Skin Cancer Clinic and Medical Centre Hiring for Medical Receptionist Job at Saint Marys Full Time

We are looking for a reliable Medical Receptionist to join our small team in St Marys.

Duties include (but not limited to):

– Meet and greet patients

– Answer and transfer calls

– Recall and Reminder Phone calls/message system

– Copy, shred and file important documents

– Booking appointments and maintaining the appointment diary

– Maintenance of waiting rooms

– Note taking in patients records

– Pathology results maintenance

– Cold Chain Management

– Accreditation maintenance (Practice Manager)

Qualities we are looking for in the right applicant:

– Reliability

– Flexibility

– Detail orientated

– Ability to work independently and in a team

– A positive attitude and enthusiasm

– Basic computer skills

– Good reception skills. i.e typing, phone etiquette, booking appointments

– Competency using an iphone, word, excel, gmail essential.

–Knowledge of Best Practice Software and Medicare online billing/claiming highly regarded.

This is a casual position – Our clinic is open Mon-Fri, 7:30am to 5pm. You will have regular shifts of 22-25hrs per week.

Must be available

Wednesday

Thursday 7:30am-5pm

Friday 7:30am-5pm

Must have the ability to cover other reception staff when necessary.
