Our main UK location is in Essex and during your time on the graduate scheme you will rotate through at least two of the following key business areas:

• Accounting
• Financial analysis
• Regulatory reporting & prudential compliance
• Treasury

To be part of our future, you will need:

• A minimum 2:1 degree, ideally in (or you could put from) a finance-related discipline
• Experience of using Excel and an ability to learn data analytics tools such as Alteryx
• An ability to communicate clearly in writing, over the phone, and face-to-face
• Effective interpersonal skills
• To be highly motivated, have a proactive approach and show willingness to learn
• A passion for innovation and an ability to use your creativity to solve problems
• To possess excellent communication skills and be able to show empathy with customers
• Courage, integrity and a control mindset
• To demonstrate the ability to work in a team, high levels of emotional intelligence and excellent leadership skills
