Sweet Basil Inc Hiring for Front Of House Support Staff at Vail, Colorado Full Time

Sweet Basil is seeking dedicated and energetic team members for support positions (busser/food runner) in our dining room.  Previous restaurant foodservice and/or guest relations experience is helpful, but not required.  Most important for this position is a passion for excellence, ability to uphold service standards, and a positive attitude with a team player mindset.  All members of our team are expected to possess a keen ability to remain composed and organized under pressure, and an enthusiasm to learn and grow. We are looking for smart and energetic individuals seeking to grow their careers in hospitality. 

Other position requirements include open availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.  Must be able to stand, walk and move during entire shift including frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50lbs.

Compensation and Benefit Details 

• Compensation: Hourly base rate with shared tip pool 
• Whole House Tip Share Model (we share tips among all hourly employees!)
• Estimated hourly wage $18-$28 per hour dependent on daily gratuity income
