We need a can-do problem solver to resolve the problems of the clients. We have an opening for a hands-on associate to join our team and be able to wear multiple hats as needed.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. This position is remote. You pay your own taxes. No healthcare benefits are provided.

To summarize, required areas of specialization:

• Human Resources / Payroll Specialist/ Recruitment
• Must have 1 year of Recruitment Experience
• MUST HAVE WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PAYCOM* and/or ADP*

SKILLS REQUIRED

• MUST HAVE WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PAYCOM* and/or ADP*
• Must be willing to adapt and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to hustle and think outside the box

• Must be able to meet business requirements (Client Satisfaction is key)
• Must have 1-2 years of Human Resources experience
• Must have 2+ years working knowledge of Payroll processing experience (Paycom preferred* /ADP systems )*
• Must have 1 year of Recruitment Experience
• Must be Detail Oriented
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills – be able to support our operations team at client site(s)
• Must have a Positive Attitude
• Must be able to stay well organized to keep up with business
• Must be able to assist other team members

• Must be able to speak with and process various govt. departments related to employment & insurance matters
• Must be willing to assist all areas of the business as needed.
• Must have mid-level computer proficiency: Goggle Drive, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office-Excel

HUMAN RESOURCES (Basic skills):

• Onboard new hires
• Complete New Hire Onboarding paperwork
• Complete I-9 and W4 for new employees
• Setup new hires for payroll
• Manage time cards/punches
• Process Payroll
• Assist employees in all HR matters
• Keep HR documents in order/ organized
• Coordinate & Manage govt & insurance matters related to employment – w/c claims, unemployment claims, etc.

WORK STYLE:

• Hours: 8-10, as needed, to be broken up throughout the day
• Must be flexible with hours (including weekends) as needed
• Office-based (non Ergonomic setting)
• Must be open to local Travel to client facility within NJ (once in a while)
• Set your own schedule that works for your PMI group of client
