We are currently seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist with our recruitment in Birtinya on the Sunshine Coast. You will be joining a focused and results driven HR Team.

This role is on a fixed term contract for 6 months with likely extension. Monday to Friday role for an Immediate start!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Coordinate the recruitment and selection process for our salaried employees, including:

• Creating and posting job ads
• Telephone screening of applicants
• Arranging interviews face to face or via teams
• Conducting interviews with Hiring Managers
• Conduct Reference checks, immigration checks
• Maintenance of employment documentation and other confidential information
• Coordinating Inductions
• Facilitate and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment experience for roles across the corporate function
• Maintaining the company’s online application system (Scout Talent)
• Head hunting via SEEK Talent and LinkedIn
• Efficient and professional management of recruitment related verbal and written communication
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across the various business departments

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Previous experience in a Recruitment role
• Strong administration skills using Microsoft programs
• Proficient use in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A helpful, sincere and friendly attitude and customer service focused approach
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and balance competing demands
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
