Responsibilities and Duties
The Accounting Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring day-to-day client accounting responsibilities are assigned and completed on time. This will be accomplished by coordinating with Accounting Team Members as well as performing your own assigned tasks and responsibilities. Initial responsibilities would include:

Qualifications and Skills
We are seeking seasoned accounting and administrative professionals with a minimum of 5 years experience that includes practical bookkeeping work, as well supervising a team or department within a privately held business or nonprofit. You should have experience working in dynamic, fast-growing and/or changing organizations.
We use a number of cloud-based systems for serving clients, including QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Tallie, Gusto, etc. You must at least be proficient working in both QuickBooks Online and Bill.com. A strong background in overseeing payroll functions is a major plus.
