Based out of the Rocksavage Site, Runcorn, the Engineering Manager will oversee the performance and development of the mechanical team and its individual members to ensure maximum contribution to the business. This individual is responsible for the mechanical/civil engineering department, to ensure they deliver all mechanical and civil related maintenance and relevant project activities for the UK operations. The Engineering Manager will do this whilst ensuring that standards are complied with, documented and maintained to guarantee compliance with statutory and company requirements.
Responsibilities of the successful Engineering Manager:
Successful candidates for the Engineering Manager will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the mechanical/civil engineering background, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a senior role with line management responsibility in a Top Tier COMAH environment. Ideally candidates will have leadership experience of managing other graduate engineers and diverse mechanical maintenance teams. The successful Engineering Manager will also have a degree in Mechanical or related function.
