Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day
Direct incoming calls received on a 24-line phone system
Be the first point of contact for office visitors and offsite employees
Coordinate mail distribution and orders
Perform general office duties and provide administrative support
Deliver client service and perform billing and schedule management
Provide administrative support to clinical staff/Clinic Administrator
Monitor inventory level of office supplies
Manage referrals from various funders
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful
Have a post-secondary education in medical office / business administration
Bring 1+ years’ experience in a reception or customer service role
Possess well developed skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and virtual platforms
Exemplary and professional customer service skills and attitude
Effective problem-solving skills
Core Responsibilities:
Greeting DX families
Preparing all files for DX appointments (minimum 2 weeks out from appointment)
Preparing Appointment list for DX appointments (includes, MD, Psychologists, SLP)
Collecting payments for DX and treatment ( for DX we collect payment before sessions if possible or after)
Filing of client files (there is a lot to do)
Preparing RTP and Contracts for current families that require to pick up
Collecting mail
Answering incoming calls
Bank Runs
