Results International seeks to hire an experienced M&A Analyst to join its investment banking team. Our team consistently delivers high-quality advice and results-oriented cross border transactions to our clients, including mergers, acquisitions, financing, and pre-M&A strategic reviews. This position is perfect for an individual trained in analytical thinking as well as time and process management. The perfect candidate will be comfortable working with numbers, an effective business analyst and an outstanding communicator.
This position provides an opportunity to develop analytical, financial and execution skills, while getting real client exposure. Analyst will work directly with Partners of the firm in New York and will also support our 40+ colleagues in Europe. The Analyst will gain exposure to how client management teams and board of directors make strategic and financial decisions. We offer a unique environment which combines a highly entrepreneurial platform focused on growth companies with the analytical rigor of investment banking. You will be part of a small, client-focused team executing transactions and assisting in business development.

Qualifications:
* MUST have prior experience working in M&A as a full time analyst at a bulge bracket, middle market, or boutique investment bank or have at least summers of relevant banking internship experience
* MUST have an outgoing, polished, poised, persistent personality – able to create initial rapport with firm Partners using a well thought out, concise approach and purpose. If you are neither outgoing nor persistent, this is not going to work.
* MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMAND of PowerPoint, Excel and Word. If you are not proficient in creating presentations and financial modeling, you are not qualified to apply for the position
* Good academic record
* Strong written and oral communication skills. Must be completely fluent in English.
* Able and willing to work long hours
* Immediate start
