Vice President of Global Supply Chain (Remote – Canada)

Position Overview

The Vice President of Global Supply Chain will lead end-to-end supply chain strategy, overseeing procurement, planning, logistics, distribution, and supplier management across multiple regions. This executive role is responsible for building a resilient, scalable, and cost-effective global supply chain network that supports long-term business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives

• Lead procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory, and demand planning functions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and strategic partners

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across cost, quality, and delivery performance

• Establish risk management frameworks to ensure supply chain continuity and resilience

• Optimize global distribution networks to improve efficiency and service levels

• Collaborate with executive leadership across operations, finance, and commercial teams

• Implement data-driven decision-making tools and supply chain analytics

• Lead and develop high-performing global teams across multiple regions

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations leadership

• 5+ years in a senior executive or VP-level role preferred

• Strong experience managing global or multi-regional supply chain networks

• Proven track record in cost optimization, transformation, and operational scaling

• Deep understanding of procurement, logistics, forecasting, and supplier management

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
