Pay Range

$32. 98 – $45.27/hr

Job SummaryDevelop, design, and deliver the training/curriculum for the electronic health record. Consults with operational leaders/staff, analysts and other training professional staff on training needs. Supports the training environments, curriculums and e-learning for system applications for new hire and end user training. The Instructional designer monitors training program effectiveness.

Minimum Experience RequirementsThree years of experience in an Information Systems or Healthcare environmentExperience with adult education, instructional design and curriculum delivery, preferred

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, a Clinical field, other related field, Masters preferred

License/Certifications Requirement

EPIC certification required upon hire or within four months of hire/transferOngoing maintenance of Epic certification(s) required
