Description:
1. Generate correspondence for the senior administrative officer and academic leadership to include word processing/typing of letters, memos, forms, policies and procedures (includes handling of confidential information).
2. Provide administrative support for the above to include telephone coverage, copier projects (including visual software such as PowerPoint), mail handling, supplies, and necessary communications internally and externally.
3. Assist and advise the senior administrative officer in the management of his/her schedules, handle calls from both internal and external sources, and organize his/her incoming mail and email inbox.
4. Responsible for taking minutes of the meetings in which the senior administrative officer and academic leadership are in attendance.
5. Maintains confidentiality when working with high-profile, sensitive information.
6. Comprehensive coordination of meetings, including gathering necessary materials, for the senior administrative officer.
7. Maintain and organize files that relate to the academic leadership.
8. Complete internal and external paperwork, make decisions and generate reports as needed.
9. As a representative of the senior administrative officer Office, give direction to students, parents, faculty and staff.
10. Perform special projects as assigned by senior administrative officer and Academic Leadership related but not limited to event/meeting planning and excel report development and distribution.
11. Responsible for approving and updating events/deadlines/activities/deadlines on calendar
12. Generate reports from PowerCAMPUS and IIS in effort to support senior administrative officers office
13. Take lead with various conference and event preparation
14. Maintain PAC database, guidelines, brochure, repository of minutes, logs, assessment reports as related to PACs
15. Assist with faculty handbook and student handbook
16. Foster a positive and customer-service oriented environment within and between departments of the college.

Requirements:
1. A combination of applicable work experience and education.
2. Highly proficient using Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables to organize and analyze data sets and SQL statements and
queries to connect to external data sources

3. Highly proficient in database maintenance, enterprise reporting, and analytics
