DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a skilled Rigger Foreman to join our team at Offshore Oil Rig. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rigging and be able to lead a team of riggers, ensuring high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
Roles and Responsibility
Supervise and coordinate the work of riggers to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
Develop and implement rigging systems and procedures to improve productivity and quality.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate rigging solutions into larger projects.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues or defects.
Provide training and guidance to junior riggers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
