The Role
You’ll lead on the development and continuous improvement of Scope’s employer brand as an extraordinary employer, who is changing the game, not playing the game, for disabled people and their families. By continuing to build on our talent attraction strategy, and to harness and engage our next Disability Gamechangers, this role will play a key part in the growth of Scope and our ability to make an impact.
As our Talent Attraction and Engagement expert, you’ll business partner with all seven of our Directorates, including: our extensive retail estate, our devoted services teams, our creative campaigners and extraordinary fundraising colleagues, as well as our committed support teams.
Working across the organisation and closely with our brand and marketing teams, you’ll be innovative in your approach to create, co-produce, develop, deliver and continually improve employer brand awareness, talent attraction and engagement of our Gamechangers.
About you
When it comes to Talent Attraction and Engagement, this a newly created, game changing role for Scope, and you are ready for the challenge. You are a great collaborator and relationship builder, experienced at reaching new audiences and telling powerful stories, with an infectious passion for engaging and retaining our Scope colleagues.
You thrive in a creative role, are inspired to do great things and want to deliver on your promises. You’re keen to do the right things in the right way with, and for, everyone who touches Scope in their journey with us. You know that everyone has talent, and you know it’s our team’s job to attract, harness and engage everyone to want them to achieve their best.
You’re committed to equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of your work and you want to work tirelessly with us to achieve everyday equality for disabled people. This is important work. Get set to change the game. If you’re a Disability Gamechanger with talent attraction and engagement expertise, we can’t wait to meet you
