Customer Service /Inside sales Representative for Quebec Territory
Qualifications for the successful Candidate
– Proven sales and customer service track record
– Experience working in a food company or a manufacturing environment
– Energetic and effective team player, problem solving and leadership skills
– Exceptional bilingual French & English Communications skills (verbal & written)
– Exceptional computer skills
– Valid driver’s license
– Result-driven
Responsibilities:
– Prospects- developing new business relationships- engage, make appointments, present and sell company products and services
– Maintain and strengthen existing customers
– Process all orders received by phone and e-mails and follow up
– Meet or exceed sales budgets both monthly and annually
– Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
– Regional travelling – Ensure all accounts are visited on a regular and ongoing basis as required to maximize business potential
– Provide management regular updates of your accounts
