Maharshi is the parent company trading as AVbyUSB and Muletech. We are currently looking for new business analyst to add to our growing family on a part time basis(20 hours/week). AVbyUSB specialises in communication and collaboration solutions. Muletech is a hybrid solution provider in the IT space. Our vision is to provide and promote out of the box solutions for real world problems faced by our customers. Reporting tot he managing director, this newly created role has following responsibilities but not limited to:

• Undertake customer requirements investigation, analysis and solution design in accordance with assigned initiatives and work
• Prepare monthly reporting on all sales activities across the company and monitor website driven sales
• Lead the articulation of business needs and the facilitation of business and system solutions
• Support the business in identification of business benefit and value, tangible and intangible, for initiatives raised
• Vendor management: growing selection of products available to our customers, driving traffic and conversion initiatives
• Identifying and resolving vendor and customer related issues

Qualifications:

• Tertiary Qualification in the fields of IT/Business/Accounting/Finance)

• Good experience using Microsoft word and excel. Understanding of Power BI is good to have

• Good Analytical skills in being able to correlate information and give a solution

• Proactive, highly motivated, and advanced interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships
