Talent Acquisition Consultant
Our client, a Fortune 500 natural gas company is looking to a Talent Acquisition Consultant to the team in office in Downtown Denver. This position is a 3-month contract with the possibility of being extended.
Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Consultant
- Consults with client or department heads to define need or problem area and determines scope of investigation required to obtain solution
- Oversees research, administers studies, evaluates survey results to obtain data and analyzes data to advise on or recommend solutions, utilizing knowledge of theory, principles or technology of specific discipline or field of specialization
- Advises client or departments heads on alternate methods of solving problem
Qualifications of Talent Acquisition Consultant
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree preferred
- 5+ years in corporate or agency recruiting required
- Taleo experience required
- Oil and gas recruiting experience preferred
- Requires knowledge in fields defined as non-technical such as accounting, business organization and management, communications, etc.
