Iress is continuing to hire for roles during Covid-19 with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually. Everyone new to the team, along with our current staff, will temporarily work from home until it is safe to return to our offices.
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our global People team, taking a hands-on role in supporting a variety of roles across our UK, Canada and South Africa regions. With a primary focus on candidate attraction and experience, you’ll play a core part in our full hiring cycle, from creating engaging job adverts through to direct sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates across multiple business areas.
You’ll have the opportunity to use your market knowledge and insight to drive meaningful actions and activity across Talent Acquisition, helping to position us as a leading employer within our industry by ensuring candidates have an excellent journey and overall experience with Iress throughout our selection process.
A background in agency, RPO or in house recruitment is essential and you’ll ideally have experience working on technical hires. You’ll have a passion for creating positive candidate experiences and understand how to deliver a positive journey for both hiring teams and candidates. Knowledge of the best sourcing tools and platforms and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
You’ll thrive on variety, enjoy a fast paced role and will be someone who relishes opportunities to get involved in shaping and improving processes. You’ll have the ability to think outside the box and always be looking for ways to do better, with a positive attitude and an enthusiasm for what you do!
