Roles and Responsibilities
· Deliver of ANE College courses in the classroom environment and on online platforms like zoom.
· Provide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of Course.
· Monitor, mark, and conduct student assessments.
· Plan, review and improve training and assessment.
· Participate in assessment validation, moderation, and continuous improvement.
· Conduct workplace visits for Observations.
Requirements:
·Recognised Diploma or equivalent qualification or higher degree
in any of the following Hospitality, IT, Community Services, Childcare, Advanced/ Diploma of Leadership and management and Graduate diploma.
· Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in the Above industry, some of which has been gained in the last 18 months.
· Certificate IV TAE40116 or equivalent.
· A demonstrated commitment to own develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence in the Related Field.
· High level written and oral communication skills in English and Proven ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of educational, industrial or community environments.
· Commitment and ability to facilitate learning in an adult environment and demonstrated organisational skills applicable to an educational setting.
· Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service and demonstrated ability to contribute to a team environment.
· Proven strengths in problem solving and change management.
· A high level of teaching competence, experience in engaging adult learners from disadvantaged and diverse backgrounds, and the capability to work with online learning platforms.
· Thorough knowledge and technical expertise relevant to the current training package.
