AM LLC Hiring for Recruiter (Remote) Job at Remote Full Time

AM LLC has immediate openings for Full Time Recruiters (Remote) to support state and local efforts surrounding COVID. No travel required. This position will begin immediately.

The successful Remote Recruiter will have experience with high volume recruiting and must be a self-starter.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit by using databases, social media, and our proprietary applicant tracking system
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications and move candidates through full cycle
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes against job requirements

Education and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year of experience as a remote recruiter

General Requirements:

• Proven track record as a remote recruiter and sourcer
• Self-starter; ability to work in a fast-paced, remote startup environment with minimal direction
• Experience with iCIMS strongly preferred
