Our client is a nationwide firm who supports the mortgage closing process for buyers across the US. Their primary office in Irving TX is expanding on many fronts and this position – Disbursement Coordinator is one of them.

If you have experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting/Payables in retail banking loans and specifically mortgages and pay attention to detail, this position and the company’s growth will will excite you.

This is a direct hire role paying $38,000 – $50,000 per year plus benefits and room for rapid advancement.

Here are the details on the position:

Responsibilities

• Review and Audit of Files along with Data Entry
• Discrepancy Investigation and Resolution
• Shipping of Payments and Wire Transfers to Appropriate Parties in the mortgage closing process, while Meeting Deadlines
• Working Knowledge of State-Specific Requirements for Disbursements
• Report Generation and Presentation for Holds/Stale Checks

• Familiarity with Computers, including Online Searching and Typing
