Job description

Savinvest is a professional services provider in a number of locations worldwide. In the UK we are fully registered and qualified to provide Accounting, Secretarial, IP and Business Advisory services.

This is a new position which is for a Customer Service and Onboarding Excellence Manager and is available as a 0 hour or contract.

You will initially support clients with the following tasks:

– You will be responsible for attending client emails daily on the schedule agreed with your company.

– Onboarding clients with initial support and confirmation of the different steps we are following up with them. Contact stakeholders within the organisation, including compliance, accounting, payroll, VAT and software to ensure client services are operating up to date.

– Assist client first point of contact and identify client needs including complaints or other requirements.

– Monitor our colleagues time of response and report accordingly to Management.

– Use your sector experience to implement software and other options to optimise the services and the time.

– Corporation and self assessment taxation.

– Supervision and training of support staff would be required and the ability to delegate tasks.

– Experience of Xero, Quickbooks, SAP, Netsuite and Iris preferred.

You will be part of a team of 4 Accountants and work alongside a supporting AAT responsible for Client Management who will support in day to day tasks.

Depending on client KPI and interpretation of accounts, variation and other factors must be prepared daily in order to support client internal and operating functions.

This is a critical function both for Savinvest and our clients and therefore you must meet very strict deadlines and be able to work under very high level of pressure and anti-social hours and or from home in order to meet them. Salaries provided are estimates of a pro-rata composite made up of basic salary + compliance base + performance bonus, final salary composition will be agreed with the successful candidate.

Requirements:

• Please note every applicant must have at least 10 years customer service experience in high pressure environments, which may include but not limited to Compliance, Telephone banking or other operations which require a degree and balance of compliance, speed and accuracy.
• You must speak both English, we value other languages such as German, Spanish, Italian or French.
• Full work referencing with no gaps with at least 10 years referencing – We may take student referencing if you have less than 10 years work experience. You are likely to fail this application unless you are able to provide references for all such period.
• Very strong Excel is required.
• Management/Team coordiantion experience is desirable with very strong interpersonal skills.
• Time management skills.
• Good knowledge of Accounting systems with sound knowledge of client accounting systems which may include but not limited to: NetSuite (Oracle), Xero, Quickbooks, SAP, Freeagent, Zoho, etc.
• Project Management Skills.
• Highly numerate and analytical with good eye for detail.
• High resilience to pressure and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure client systems are updated with most recent data received by client and reporting, KPIs, etc. is prepared in line with regulatory requirements and client request.
• Prioritise interpretation presented to clients in line with their requirements with the highest levels of accuracy.
• Assist client Accountant and PT Finance with new client onboarding ensuring all requirements are fully understood and deadlines can be met. Ensure client compliance with statutory and government bodies such as Pension Regulators, DWP, HMRC, Companies House, Charity Commission, OSCR and any other organisations that may be applicable in the UK or Globally.
• Work together with all teams to define business operations requirements and drive new developments forward in the operating model.
• Attend trade fairs with Client Managers in order to fully understand market quick development and adapt to new technologies and propose new products with a budget allocated to PT Finance Section.
• Take part in continuous process automation -when possible- and process improvements.
