About Our Client

Well known not-for-profit organization

Job Description

  • Assist with Bank account administration.

  • Prepares bank, BAS and payroll tax reconciliations.

  • Manages Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Assets.

  • Assists with end of month financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and annual audit

  • Manages Petty Cash.

  • Maintains financial data for Grant Management Systems.

  • Prepares corporate credit card acquittals

The Successful Applicant

Three to five years’ experience working in finance / accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Receivables, Payroll, Assets and End of Month Reporting.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Information Technology services.

Proven eye for detail working in a structured, process driven environment.

A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills to respond to internal and external inquiries.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK.
