About the Role

A key part of our business is finding good quality cleaning staff to join the business as we grow into new areas and our cleaning staff move on to new challenges. We are looking for a proactive, motivated individual able to work part-time from home to engage with the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job adverts, shortlisting and contacting candidates, arranging trials, handling the issuing of contracts.

Additional Notes

We are especially keen to hear from people that are also interested in learning and trying out other parts of the business, such as dealing with clients and finance.

Remuneration

This role is being advertised at our basic administrative rate of £13.20/hour and access to our bonus scheme.
