Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Support Coordinator role based in Toronto, ON. The Project Support Coordinator will assist project managers and designers with organizing project documentation, maintaining schedules, and tracking milestones from initiation to installation. Responsibilities include coordinating internal and external communications, preparing and updating project status reports, and supporting logistics such as samples, purchase orders, and deliveries. The role also involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records in project management tools and databases, and helping to resolve routine issues through timely follow-up with vendors and clients. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to keep projects on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Qualifications
Skills Required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Airtable.
• Experience with Salesforce is considered a strong asset.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple moving parts and evolving priorities.
• 3+ years experience in project coordination, production coordination, operations, client services, or a related field.
• Experience working within custom manufacturing, interiors, textiles, hospitality, architecture, or design-related industries is highly preferred.

Compensation
• $50,000-$55,000/year, depending on current skill sets and experience.
