Oakley EMS Hiring for Recruitment Consultant Job at Reading, England Full Time

This position is for an experienced HR candidate looking for a flexible position with a fast-paced business experiencing rapid growth. You will be working on an hourly rate basis (under a self-employed or PAYE basis- we are flexible) to predominantly assist with recruitment and selection of candidates to fill vacant job roles within the company.

Your expertise will also be useful for forward recruitment and people planning, as well as dealing with employment disputes, employee queries, reviews and dismissals/severance.

You will be expected to attend our offices in RG7 for the majority of your hours working for us, however you may work from home for some of the time, as long as your remote schedule is requested and agreed in advance.

Key responsibilities

Identifying and developing good candidates over several recruitment platforms (including head-hunting), carrying out first interview screening and presenting best candidates to management.

Advising on and using the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.

Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular assignment

Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond

Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate

*
Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
