To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for Talent Management & Organisational Development Co-Ordinator. This role leads the coordination of talent management and learning initiatives, leveraging Centre of Excellence resources to adapting and/ or developing for the ANZ market. Here is your opportunity to supports the execution of the broader learning and talent management agenda across all ANZ locations, providing gatekeeper, administrative and importantly, analytical support.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide administrative, analytical and reporting support to all aspects of the Performance Management cycle
• Provide administrative support for the ANZ capability calendar.
• Working with the Talent Specialist to coordination PepsiCo’s Organisational Health Survey
• Lead all core compliance training activities across ANZ and manage relationships with e-learning vendors
• Support the execution of the broader talent management agenda
• Act as the ANZ Gatekeeper for e-learning and performance management platforms

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven ability to build relationships with key internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with good organisation and planning skills.
• Strong program and process management skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Solid understanding of generalist HR / process areas.
• Solid analytical thinking capability.
• Degree qualified with relevant learning / generalist HR experience
