Maes Support Services Hiring for Finance and HR Administrator Job at Nottingham, England Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Finance and HR administrator. You will be based at our head office located in Colwick, Nottingham working two days a week. Ideally working days will be Monday and Tuesday between 10am – 3pm. However, days and start times can be flexible.

You will be responsible for general office and accounting tasks such as;

  • Raising monthly client invoices
  • Chasing unpaid invoices
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Preparing fortnightly payroll
  • Company pension
  • Preparing contract of employment and updating employee files
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Filing

The ideal candidate should have experience in the above tasks and be comfortable using a computer.

You must be well organised and able to work alone.

Experience in Xero accounting software is desirable, however full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Part-time hours: 10 per week

Expected start date: 13/09/2021

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.00-£9.50 per hour
