The Language and Laughter Studio Hiring for French Teacher Job at Brooklyn, NY Full Time

The Language and Laughter Studio (LLS) is a small, progressive French pre-school based in the Boerum Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn. We offer weekday and after-school classes, camps, programs in local schools and day cares, and a popular French immersion pre-school. We also offer private and group tutoring in French. All of our tutoring is currently taking place virtually over Zoom.

Our classrooms use project based learning and strive to center the children’s ideas and create a nurturing space. Please note that LLS values progressive education and social equity. We are looking for an educated, fluent French speaker who is interested in making language learning fun and accessible for children. We are looking for a teacher to lead classes in person and online for small groups of students. We are looking for middle school French literature teachers, French after-school teachers for 6-12 year olds, and online tutors.
