We are searching for our new Talent Acquisition Officer to partner with key stakeholders to source and attract talent nationally for HopgoodGanim.
Our Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Officer to join our Human Resources team. Our team is a high performing and collaborative group of HR Business Partners that deliver exceptional service to our people, through the delivery of contemporary and best practice people services.
Supporting HopgoodGanim Lawyers and associated businesses of the HopgoodGanim Group, you will report to the Human Resources Director and take the lead for end-to-end recruitment nationally. A newly created role, you will source widely for legal practitioners, support specialists and legal operations team members, working directly with our HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to attract the best talent for our teams.

Our Successful Candidate
We are looking for someone who is driven, curious and has a willingness to innovate recruitment at HG. Ideally you will have at least three years’ experience in a recruitment role, with agency experience an advantage.
You will be a team player and have the ability to collaborate with all levels of seniority. The role will require you to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities. It is essential that you are able to develop strong internal and external relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
