We are looking for a motivated and dedicated person to join our fantastic finance team.

This role is based at our head office in Lithgow, along with the majority of our 60 employees – however will also work closely with our remote teams based in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Tasmania.

Job Brief

We are looking for the right person to play a critical part in our business as an Accounts Clerk. The person will be part of the finance and procurement team and will be primarily responsible for Accounts Receivable, however will also provide support to the team by way of cross training and supporting other finance functions as required. As the successful candidate develops, so too will the responsibilities of the role.

Responsibilities

• Processing of customer orders to invoices
• Daily receipt of customer payments
• Debt Collection
• Working within the framework of customer credit insurance and running all tasks associated with this
• Reporting as required
• Cross training in Accounts Payable and Procurement, providing support or relief to these functions as required.
• Filing and retrieving corporate records
• General administration duties

Requirements

• Experience in Accounts Receivable
• Experience using accounting software (Netsuite would be a significant advantage)
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• A high level of attention to detail and ability to use initiative
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
• Experience in Microsoft office suite would be desirable

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $44,045.00 – $71,518.00 per year
