Logan Trucking is a family owned transportation company located in Canton, OH. We specialize in flatbed and soft side van movements into Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, North and South Carolina, Tennessee and West Virginia. We employ roughly 15 office staff as well as over 70 drivers.

IT Support

· Manage Windows Servers and Desktops

· Perform preventative maintenance, testing and repair of computer hardware

· Manage VMWare Horizion view

· Manage Sonicwall firewall and global vpn

· Manage Exchange and Active Directory for E-Mail Support

· Network printer setup and troubleshooting

· Install, configure and troubleshoot computers and printers

· Manage backup server

· Manage Malwarebytes

Accounting/ Financial Support

· Calculate 401k contributions for employees

· Provide accounting and payroll support when needed

· Ordering / renewing truck trailer plates

· ACH Payments

· Willing to learn other office responsibilities to act as back up if needed

Knowledge/ Skills

· 4+ years of desktop support experience in enterprise environment

· Finance/ Accounting exposure

· Working knowledge of PC hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers at all levels

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Honesty and integrity

· Displays teamwork and leadership skills

· Adaptable to change and able to work under pressure

· Good time management skills and able to multi-task

· High standards of ethical and professional conduct

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
