The Program Evaluation Division is looking for talented and motivated people to join a high performing team that emphasizes team work and thinking outside the box. We utilize a combination of qualitative and quantitative tools to inform senior management and Canadians on whether programs are achieving their intended outcomes. More and more of our work is horizontal in nature which means instead of looking at one program in isolation, we examine an entire function and evaluate how all the players perform together and deliver results. We support full transparency and accountability by making our reports accessible to the public in both official languages on the CRA Website.
