Role Summary:

The key responsibility of the Project Manager is to work closely with the Program Manager/Director on assigned projects owning end-to-end project management. PM’s exemplify our core behaviors and create an environment for a successful team. They ensure demand & capacity, resource allocations, ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments with the project delivered on time, on budget, on scope and with high quality. Responsible for driving the Delivery Excellence methodology and internal processes with the goal of increasing in knowledge expertise for internal delivery teams.

Skills:

• Atleast 4 years Core project management end-end life cycle experience
• PMP certification or equivalent training
• Healthcare Insurance industry business and operational knowledge
• Experience managing large, complex projects
• Able to work in a fast-paced growth environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal support & supervision
• Strong Leadership skills along with Planning skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Problem Management and Resolution
• Stakeholder Management – proficiency to influence with calm authority
• Proactive forward thinking and ability to identify risks early
• Experience with an industry standard software development life-cycle
• Experience with customer relationship management
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Willing to work in night shifts (3.00 PM to 12.00 AM).
• US Healthcare experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare project plan, charter and work breakdown structure
• Build relationships as a priority for your success across all areas of the organization and among our clients.
• Drive your project teams to Delivery Excellence 3.0 best practices and cost-efficient processes

• Manage demand and capacity and resource allocations weekly.
• Ensure clarity timesheets are submitted (every Friday by 5:00 p.m.).
• Work in close collaboration with the Solution team and PMO to ensure projects are launched timely, staffed with essential roles and delivered within schedule, scope and budget.
• Create clear/complete communication and mitigation plans as necessary.
• Ensure change controls are submitted timely and accurately for internal meetings with the PMO, with all stakeholder approvals
• Build knowledge and expertise of the EHS platform, client organizational structure and business processes in order to become a trusted advisor through a defined development plan approved by your manager.
• Meet with your peers and clients, and take actions to learn the business through introductions, meetings, and observations.
• Socialize lessons learned and best practices across teams to continuously improve future iterations of deliverables.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of departments, functions and interdependencies across the Organization and the enterprise, including all Partner Plans and any new partnerships in 2026 and beyond.
• Report status for your assigned projects as required and according to schedule.
• Know your deliverables and be able to represent in meetings and presentations as required.
• Strive to be a trusted advisor and strategic partner for your clients
• Analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities. Help Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action
• Analyze the actual performance and adherence against the planned activities
