Lemonade Insurance Company Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Scottsdale, AZ Full Time

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our hiring efforts! This is an opportunity to take a central role on our US team through a critical growth phase, helping to maintain our unique culture and values as we scale.

In your day-to-day, you’ll manage the full life-cycle of the recruiting process, primarily focusing on roles within our Claims Experience department. You’ll source potential candidates through online and offline channels, including social platforms and professional networks. You’ll oversee a range of processes—from screening calls to evaluations and in-person interviews— and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs across our Scottsdale, Dallas, Atlanta, and New York locations.

You’ll also promote employer branding initiatives (job postings on social platforms, hosting or participating in career events and meetups, etc.) and manage long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

• 3+ years of proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role, preferably at an insurance and/or tech company
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Strong familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
• Well-versed in recruiting metrics and adept at implementing them to drive decision-making
• Experience working with a diverse team and a desire to strive for hiring fairness at all times
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness and ability to work with individuals in different time zones
• Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• BA in Human Resources Management or related field
• Familiarity with the ATS Greenhouse is a plus
