Position Summary
Thycotic is looking for an experienced, full life cycle Recruiter to join our fast-paced Talent Acquisition (TA) team. Our ideal scenario is to develop a Recruiter who is looking to make their first move to an Internal Recruiter position that has experience on dealing in at a high paced environment.
The role will be focused on any combination of candidate sourcing and selection, compensation negotiation and employment offers, and developing recruiting strategies.
The ideal candidate has stellar attention to detail skills, strong planning and organization skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with tight deadlines, a high level of professionalism and an understanding of the confidential nature of Human Resources.
This is a remote role which would require travel to the London office and reports to the International Talent Acquisition Manager.
Key Requirements
- Drive and manage the full life cycle recruitment process, including but not limited to hiring manager engagement, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, managing the interview and feedback process, offer negotiation, and candidate dispositioning.
- Leverage a variety of search techniques, social media channels, and innovative sourcing tools to identify active and passive candidates.
- Build strong and diverse talent pipelines for current and future positions across all Thycotic departments.
- Manage candidate workflow through the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Participate in TA team meetings and provide weekly updates, and recruiting metrics as required.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience required.
- Experience recruiting for management, technical, and sales positions preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering consistent sourcing and hiring results.
- Work with a sense of urgency and produce quality work in a quickly changing environment.
- Experience recruiting in an agency and in-house environment a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage both active and passive candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems required. Experience with Lever and/or Workday, a plus.
- Knowledge of OFCCP and other fair hiring laws and guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
