About The Position
Quantum Graphics is seeking a skilled Die Cutter Operator with experience operating Brausse die cutters, including full setup and make-ready. This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position eligible for overtime. The role requires discretion due to potential access to confidential customer materials and regular communication with supervisors and team members.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 1–2 years of die-cutting experience (Required)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience operating Brausse die cutters, including full setup and make-ready
- Shift Availability: Night shift (Required)
- Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate die-cutting equipment
- Perform all make-ready tasks related to die cutting
- Ensure quality standards are met during production
- Follow safety and operational procedures
